Phenix Bulldogs is a longstanding member of the Bulldog Club of America and the Breeder, Jo Ann Menefee is in the AKC/BCA Bulldog Hall of Fame  As a champion English bulldog breeder, The all breed health standard, O.F.A. certification which is the litmus test of quality.
